Overseas Customers Visit VIVAN to Plan New Products for 2027

October visits brought overseas customers and the VIVAN team together to discuss handbag protection, product improvements and development plans for 2027.
During October, we have welcomed several overseas customers to VIVAN. We met to discuss luxury handbag protection systems, improvements to existing products and plans for new products in 2027.
Meeting in person helps us understand what customers need. We discussed which products are popular in their markets, feedback from people using them and the changes they would like to make for the coming year. Our customers shared their market experience, and we contributed our knowledge of materials, patterns and production to work out how to turn those ideas into products.
We are pleased that many customers choose to involve VIVAN early in their product planning and development. That trust comes from working together over time and seeing the quality of our products, the service from our team and the way we communicate.
We are proud to be their partner in China, and we take that responsibility seriously. When a customer raises a problem, we need to work through it. When we make a commitment, we need to follow it through in the details.
We will now follow up on the projects discussed during these visits, working through material selection, samples and product adjustments in preparation for 2027. We want our products and our service to help customers grow their businesses.
